Before we start – signing our terms of business:

Please sign our terms of business before we proceed with your application. You can click here to access our online form. Feel free to reach out to your advisor with any questions.

Starting your application:

You should have received a unique link to begin your application. This link will be active until you have provided all the necessary information. Once complete, your advisor will review and submit the application for you. After submission, the link will deactivate, and you will receive your recommendation report.

Our secure client portal:

We use our secure client portal’s messaging service for most communications. This is where you’ll get updates and can discuss your application with your advisor. The system keeps a clear record of all messages, and you’ll receive an instant notification when there’s a new message for you. Of course, you’re always welcome to call your advisor directly if you prefer.

Logging into your client account:

1. Click the “Go to Portal” menu link at the top of the page.
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter the email address we have on file for you.
4. Open the new email you receive from us and follow the instructions.
5. For extra security, click the “Go to Portal” link again to go to the login page.
6. Log in and allow “Show notifications” when prompted.

Don’t forget to bookmark the portal page and save your login details.
